A Contest for Australians

I just wanted to post up a quick contest note for Australians:

As found in here, The Australian Women’s Weekly is hosting a contest along with Penguin (Australia) to host a contest.

The downside is that you need January issue of Women’s Weekly for the official entry slip, but paying $6.40 (AUS) for the chance to win a first prize of $20,000 dollars on top of having Penguin publishing company look at your novel is worth it. Especially given you can enter any genre of writing.

**Sorry to all my readers who aren’t in Australia. I just get a bit nervous about posting up contests I don’t have any grounds to trust. However, I will have more to post in the future. :)

    I’ve always liked that it is still called Women’s Weekly even though they publish it Monthly now - something about Women’s Monthly obviously didn’t sit well… *grins*

    $20,000? I might have to go buy a copy.
