Out of the Office - Please Leave a Message
And so it begins!
The time has flown by so incredibly fast. It’s hard for me to believe that the writer’s conference is in just a couple days versus in a month or two. What’s even more bizarre for me is that I have notes tucked away for the discussion panels I’m going to be on.
Crazy stuff.
I’m still around today and not technically out of the office, but I’m so busy packing and preparing all the last minute stuff that today still counts in my book as the first day ‘away’. Because of that, today I am welcoming the first of many authors who have been wonderful enough to stop by and say hello here. There are authors of all kinds of backgrounds and genres stopping by to talk about all sorts of things, so be sure to stop back frequently.
Like I said, I’m still around here (and my other sites as well) today if you have any dire issues, but keep in mind I’ll be doing a final email check today (Wednesday) night (Australian time) and then I can’t promise that I’ll be online until I’m back home (which probably won’t be until the 12th). I am going to try to pop in, but I don’t know if I should even mention that… (When I’m away from the computer/internet for a few days, I tend to avoid coming back until I have to.)
