Read with Me?

I have a few writing books I need to catch up on reading, and I was wondering if anyone would be interested in a sort of discussion group. We’d go a chapter a week.

I have Bird by Bird, On Writing, Writing Down the Bones… I have others as well, but I’d like to start with one of those, preferably Bird by Bird.

Let me know if you’re interested in discussing. I might anyway, but if there is enough interest, I could pick certain day of the week we can all talk about things on.

    An English major. :) I’ve heard great things about Bird by Bird, so I think it would be money well spent.

    Hmm…

    I guess I’m probably due for a re-read of Bird by Bird, but I have no idea where my copy might be. I’ll hunt around and see if I can find it. Otherwise, I’ll have to hit Amazon.

    Got a starting date in mind?

    I’m thinking either next week or the week after. More likely the latter so people can get the book and such. Plus I have visa appointments and a trip next week anyway.

    I’ll put up a reminder or two about it to see if more people are interested, though I’m perfectly happy with a three person discussion.
